it has fantastically friendly staff and top class facilities. the breakfast was incredible, we really enjoyed a good choice of meals. stay here and enjoy your franschhoek trip.

During our Christmas stay, we had a wonderful time at this charming estate. The staff were absolutely fantastic - they were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special. The breakfast served was the best we have had anywhere in the world, with a fabulous choice and superb quality. We also enjoyed complimentary wine tasting and were even surprised with a bottle of wine in our room. The estate's beautiful gardens, patio, and swimming pool added to the relaxing atmosphere.

Although our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The gym equipment was outdated and some of it was broken.

The location was stunning and marvellous - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, it's right by the chapel, transport available for restaurant trips and Franschoek.

The rooms were in desperate need of renovation and updating. There were issues with the air conditioning and the television and satellite setup looked unsafe.

Stunningly beautiful hotel with welcoming staff, has stunning location on the outskirts of Franschhoek. The room is huge, new-fashioned comes with a bathroom needing upgrade, lovely garden view, for instance.

Breakfast service could be improved. Some orders took longer than expected and the serving staff could benefit from additional training in clearing tables and keeping an eye on guests' needs.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, relaxing massages, and a fully equipped BBQ area. The sun terrace offered comfortable sun loungers and stunning views of the surrounding gardens. In-room breakfast was a great start to the day, and there was even a poolside snack bar for convenient refreshments. The private facilities provided an exclusive and comfortable stay.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service; there were times when staff could not be found when we needed them, but overall the team was friendly and helpful.
